To register for Our Lady of Lourdes Family Faith Formation for the 2024-2025 school year, there are two options:
(1) Go to Online Registration and sign up
(2) download the following forms and turn them in to the Parish Office as soon as possible.
Remember Family Faith Formation is available for ages PK4 - Adult.
We encourage lifelong faith formation.
