Come eat pancakes and visit Santa! After waving goodbye to Mrs. Claus and the elves at the North Pole, Santa will appear here at Our Lady of Lourdes Madonna Hall on December 12, from 9-11 am. All those children who want to make sure that Santa hears their request in person are urged to attend. Santa Claus will know each child’s name and work a few personal bits of information into the conversation, as approved by a parent/guardian. This visit is absolutely free. Social distancing guidelines will be followed. For those who cannot attend, Santa’s helpers will be glad to make sure Santa gets their wish list and Santa can send each child a personalized letter confirming he is working on their request. Each letter is on Santa’s personal stationery and postmarked from the North Pole. Order forms are available at the event or on the school website and must be submitted to the school office no later than December 20. There is a charge of $5 for each letter. Reindeer food and student-made Christmas crafts will also be available for sale.
